Fried Mashed Potatoes With Honey

1. Boil potatoes until soft.
2. Mash up the potatoes and mixed with milk.
3. Add in an egg beaten well and mix them evenly.
4. Fry until bits of brown shown. That will ensure the egg is cooked.
5. Serve on a plate and pour honey on top to add more flavour.
